坐位,两臂自然下垂,头先向左摆动,再向右摆动,左右共摆动20次。

坐位,挺胸,身体不动,头先向左旋转90°,再向右旋转 90°,左右旋转各20次。

5. 按揉痛点
将左手或右手食、中、无名指并拢,在颈部疼痛处寻找压痛点 (多在胸锁乳突肌、斜方肌等处),由轻到重按揉1~2分钟。左右手交替进行。按揉力度以稍重但能忍受为好,按揉时如感觉有明显的酸胀感则效果比较明显。
